I have recently become obsessed with a few food items at Trader Joe's.

Nothing But... Banana, Flattened

 I've been trying to cut out as much processed food as possible so I was thrilled when I read the ingredients list and only saw "Bananas." What?! No sugar, no weird preserving chemicals? Sold.

Same goes for Just Mango Slices. No false advertising here, it really is just dried mango. And it's so flipping good I can't describe it. Not eating the entire pack of Just Mango Slices in one sitting is more challenging than a 20 mile long run with a hangover. I should know, I've done both.


And sweet sin, I've saved the best for last. This has changed my life:

Yes, it's soy. And yes, it's delicious. I put a little in a cup with some peanut butter and it's like heaven. I literally bury it in the back of my freezer to prevent eating more, which works all the time, 50% of the time.

In running news, just finished my last hard training week. I ran 30 miles over the weekend (10 Saturday, 20 Sunday). Both went extremely well and were great confidence boosters. Now it's taper time!
